Limited Warranty:

This item is warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 90 days from the original date of purchase under normal conditions of household use.  The sale of this product is as is and without any express warranties. Liability if any is limited to the refund of purchase price only upon return of product, package and original receipt.

The above warranty is complete and exclusive. The warrantor expressly disclaims liability for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages in connection with the purchase or use of this product or cost over the original purchase price.
